Shipping policy



Thank you for supporting slow-made, handcrafted goods. Because every Finch & Hatton piece is made with care and intention, please allow a little extra time for us to prepare your order.


Processing Time

 

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. During busy periods or following a new collection launch, processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you updated.

Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional lead time. This will be noted on the product page and confirmed with you at the time of order.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

 

We ship to all states and territories across Australia via Australia Post.

Standard 3–7 business days
Express 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Rural and remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $150.


International Shipping

 

We ship internationally to select countries. International delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and customs processing, but generally range from 7–21 business days.

Please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing or shipping charges
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country
  • We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order

Tracking

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel through Australia Post's website.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

 

Once your order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to them. If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at hello@finchandhatton.com.au and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.

We recommend keeping your tracking number until your order is safely received.
